The tractor is equiped with 16 inch front tires and 34" rears, live hydraulic pump and the ratchet or toothed style drawbar swing adjustent stop plate. The machine in question has the Eagle Hitch lift mechanizim, adjustable wide front with cast iron I-beam fron axle construction and the round rubber snubber type seat spring assembly which I understand might be a "late" item.

I have heard that the number is one of those "must have" items on J.D.'s when it comes to ordering parts and I am wondering if that were true on the CASE machines as well. I have recently purchased a VAC tractor that does not have a serial number tag on the dash. I have not previously owned an CASE product, other than a corn elevator so forgive my silliness on the subject.
